Since launching Davies + Co in 2018, he has coached executives, founders, and leaders at every level across Finance, Technology, Private Equity, Technology, Media & Entertainment, Education, Medicine, Real Estate, Hospitality, Music, and the Visual and Culinary Arts. As a performance coach with a specific focus on business and career development, he draws on a wide range of professional and personal experiences in conference rooms and martial arts dojos as well as on construction sites, trading floors, and performance sailboats.

Darren is based in Westport, CT, and when he is not coaching (which is quite often), he can be found trying to manage a fitness routine that enables being a dedicated foodie while spending time with as many interesting humans (and canines) as possible.

An accomplished organizational development leader, MaryAnn has worked with organizations like Merrill Lynch, Live Nation, Crum & Forester, BASF, J.P. Morgan, Transamerica Capital, IntraLinks, Big Panda, and NASA on a wide range of initiatives including Emotional Intelligence, high-potential leadership, culture shifts, and conflict resolution.

MaryAnn has extensive experience in designing and leading change management initiatives on behalf of groups and teams and has helped hundreds of individuals effectively navigate their careers. Her work focuses on aligning individual aspirations with corporate vision, leadership development, and optimal performance.

Before receiving a Master of Arts in Social/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, MaryAnn worked on Wall Street for ten years, studied the Dramatic Arts, and spent her formative years growing up on communes in the American Southwest. MaryAnn lives in Austin, TX with her two young children and is always looking for the next great Mexican culinary experience.

Dr. Michael Mendribil is a transformative coach, naturopathic physician, and functional medicine practitioner. He has spent over three decades as an executive coach, group leader, doctor, mentor, and creative catalyst to business owners, CEOs, celebrities, and stay-at-home moms whose lives and work depend on daily doses of vitality, clarity, and creativity.
