Most successful people and groups can trace back their accomplishments to a unique and highly personal "why”. The strengths and skills that underpin our prior successes are typically ever present, though ironically often go uncultivated as playing fields change and new opportunities present themselves. The Next Level process reconnects people and groups to what truly drives them by highlighting what they already know and have successfully applied before, creating increased momentum and expanded results.

When pursuing challenging objectives, time is an ally. People measure time in the same way and objectively, we all have the same amount of it. While a consistent challenge for most motivated and active people, the critical variable in successful time management is the option that all of us have to decide how we spend our time. Our work focuses on relating to time as a tool (and an advantage) through clear and dynamic prioritization and connecting one’s daily tasks to a carefully curated set of outcomes. The result is a more efficient use of and appreciation for one’s own time and the ability to apply effort in a fluid and highly directed way.

Typically, we get where we want to go through a combination of Education, choosing the right profession and associating with others who already have what we are pursuing. This approach is effective, but only to a certain point. Becoming highly skilled and creative at our chosen pursuits often naturally causes our goals and aspirations to expand, requiring that our individual and team capacity also expand to “own” what we can continually accomplish. Crafting these types of goals and outcomes combines what we already know with what naturally evolves in our pursuits. Davies + Co works with clients to identify and iterate goals and outcomes that are both aspirational and achievable.

Real Success in anything typically requires the ability to both set and achieve outcomes quickly and with minimum amounts of resistance. While goal setting is not a new concept, We apply a process where the thinking that underlies goal setting is grounded in the specific results that people and groups are focused on achieving. The clarity and dynamic nature of these goals allow them to be “tested” and adjusted frequently, creating more directed progress in shorter amounts of time.
