Darren founded d(K) Capital in 2018 to address the growing need that many successful people experience as their careers grow, change and are sometimes abruptly redefined. Especially now, how do accomplished people consistently navigate the intersection of professional accomplishment and personal growth? After 27 years on Wall Street that included launching and scaling several successful businesses, Darren developed d(K)’s methodology to apply an individual's strengths to pursuits that are both commercially scalable as well as personally meaningful.

Through combining an iterative and dynamic method of goal setting with consistent focus on clear outcomes, clients develop a personalized set of tools to direct their energy towards meaningful success. From calendar management, to building greater team leverage, to ruthless prioritization, to personal health and fitness routines, d(K) delivers to clients the ability to expand and sustain individual and group performance combined with the ability to practice consistent self-renewal.

d(K) clients are made up of Executives, Entrepreneurs and Founders working across Finance, Technology, Medicine, Media, Entertainment, Education, Sports, Real Estate, Fashion and the Visual and Culinary Arts. Clients include individuals and groups that are highly established, as well as those that are building, expanding and reinventing their professions.

The son of a professional singer and a NYC subcontractor (textbook native New Yorkers), Darren has launched and scaled several businesses that unfolded on Construction sites, Trading floors, Conference Rooms, Performance Sailboats and in the Martial Arts. Darren trained his ability to observe as a Film Student and forged his listening skills as a Father of two inspiring sons. When he is not developing d(K) Capital, Darren can be found trying to balance a rigorous fitness routine with being a dedicated foodie while spending time with as many friendly humans (and canines) as possible.
